Upper body calisthenics workout. On this vlog i show you guys a workout that i did 2 days ago. That gave me a full upper ache. Super effective workout for your upper body.

I need to get my basic strength up again. Honesty haven been working out too much lately. And if i do workout, i always like to run and neglect my strength work. So definitely need to work harder on my strength.
